The contractor has completed the first lift of hot mix asphalt (binder course) this week. The contractor will work on hot-mix asphalt driveway aprons, topsoil placement, tree pruning and utility structure adjustments today and tomorrow. The contractor is scheduled to pave the final lift of asphalt (surface course) early next week.

UPDATE: Weather permitting, tomorrow, Thursday, November 4th, the contractor will be placing the first 2 lifts of asphalt on your street. The gravel ramps to your driveways will be removed today so that final grading can be completed. Parking is available on Indian north of Glenview Rd, Hunter Rd or Juniper during daytime work hours. No parking is permitted on the street from 7 AM to 6 PM.

Cars will be allowed in and out of the driveways once the asphalt has been placed and compacted. The street will still be open during paving for emergencies, deliveries, to drop off or pick up individuals, etc. If you must use the road, please do not leave vehicles unattended, it will only cause delays in the completion of the work.

The final top coat of asphalt will not be placed until the restoration work is done. You will again be notified when this work occurs.

All concrete work (curb and gutters, driveways) is complete. The contractor is scheduled to pave the first lift of hot mix asphalt (binder course) later this week (possibly Thursday, November 4).
